The Governor's Executive Order 33 was released July 9, 2024. It has directed the Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) and the State Health Commissioner to issue guidance on the establishment of cell phone-free education policies and procedures.

ANTC has amended its cell phone policy to reflect the guidance given to school divisions at this time. This is a fluid situation and we will update our policy as needed to be in compliance with VDOE's guidance.
